Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Klimbr at klimbr.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Klimbr is operated by Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Klimbr is an AI-powered LinkedIn brand audit platform that analyzes your professional profile information and generates personalized scores, recommendations, headline rewrites, content strategies, and action plans. Audit results are generated by artificial intelligence for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional career advice, recruiting advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries make no guarantees about career outcomes, job placement, increased connections, or any other professional results from using the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Klimbr, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. User Information
When you use Klimbr you provide name, email, LinkedIn URL, job title, company, industry, seniority, and professional goals. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, not impersonate any other person or entity, not submit information about other individuals without their consent, and not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. How Your Information is Processed
Your profile information is transmitted to Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis and audit generation. Your data is stored in our database to generate and display your audit results. Your email may be used to send you audit results and, if you opt in, product updates. If you use the referral feature, your name will be included in emails sent to connections you specify. Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Standard Asset Enterprise LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and its licensors. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to the Service, use automated means to scrape data, interfere with the Service, transmit malicious code, or use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
Klimbr uses Anthropic for AI processing, Supabase for database storage, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for hosting. Each has their own terms and privacy policies. Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that AI-generated audit results will improve your LinkedIn performance or career outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STANDARD ASSET ENTERPRISE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED AUDIT RESULTS, CAREER OR PROFESSIONAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON KLIMBR OUTPUT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.
Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior twelve months (or $0 if you have not paid us anything).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating the Last Updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Contra Costa County, California.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries regarding the Service.
