1. Introduction

Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("we," "us," or "our") operate Klimbr at klimbr.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using Klimbr, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information you provide:

Full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, current job title, company name, industry, job function, seniority level, years of experience, company size, primary and secondary professional goals, ideal LinkedIn audience description, topics you want to be known for, your biggest LinkedIn frustration.

If you use the referral feature we collect email addresses of connections you invite and your name to personalize the referral email.

We also generate and store your audit scores across 6 dimensions, AI-generated recommendations, headline rewrites, content strategies, action plans, benchmark segment classification, and audit metadata.

We automatically collect anonymous browser and traffic data via Vercel Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate your personalized LinkedIn brand audit via AI
  • Display your results
  • Send you your results by email
  • Calculate anonymized aggregate benchmark statistics across professional segments (we never share individual profiles)
  • Improve our AI prompts and audit quality
  • Send referral invitations on your behalf when you use the referral feature
  • Send product updates only with your explicit consent

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Anthropic receives your profile data to generate AI audit results — see anthropic.com/privacy.

Supabase stores your data securely — see supabase.com/privacy.

Resend delivers your emails — see resend.com/privacy.

Vercel hosts the website — see vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Affiliates and Subsidiaries

We may share your information with affiliates and subsidiaries of Standard Asset Enterprise LLC for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. All such entities are bound by privacy practices at least as protective as those described here.

6. Business Transfers

If Standard Asset Enterprise LLC or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

7. Data Retention

Audit data is retained to enable score comparison over time and benchmark calculations. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. Referral recipient emails are not stored beyond delivery confirmation. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security on our database, restricted access to production systems, and secure API key management. No method of transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. To request deletion email hello@klimbr.ai with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what data we collect, the right to deletion, and the right to non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information. To exercise CCPA rights email hello@klimbr.ai with subject line "CCPA Privacy Request."

10. Children

Klimbr is not directed to users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

11. LinkedIn Data

We do not access your LinkedIn account directly, do not use LinkedIn API to pull your data, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation. Profile information you provide is used solely to generate your audit and is not shared with LinkedIn or any advertising platforms.

12. AI Processing Notice

Your profile information is processed by Anthropic Claude AI to generate your audit results. Your data is transmitted to Anthropic servers for processing subject to their privacy policy. Standard Asset Enterprise LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries do not use your personal audit data to train AI models.

13. Cookies and Tracking

Klimbr uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous aggregate traffic statistics only. No personal information is collected via analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or third-party tracking pixels.

14. International Transfers

Klimbr is operated from the United States. By using the Service you consent to transfer of your information to the United States.

15. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you by updating the Last Updated date. For significant changes we will provide more prominent notice.
